Counseling, also referred to as Talk Therapy is a way to release the burden of unknown/unsaid emotions and get an insight to one’s own thought processes which were not explored so far, venting the baggage, feeling free, working out to know the reasons behind and finally working upon oneself to train the mind and achieve better outcomes overall.
Counseling can be availed by anybody irrespective of the age, occupation and designation. It can be a personal choice or referred as well. However, consent of the concerned individual is a must.
Many a times, it is realized that the individual who has come by own choice or has been brought in for counseling by someone else, a family member or a friend, requires the family counseling .
